| Supplier Management Standards and Actions | The Company has established the "Regulations for Supplier Management" and "Supplier Evaluation Procedure" to ensure the stability of materials used. We conduct regular annual supplier evaluations and provide ad-hoc training on environmental protection, occupational health, and safety (OHS) to assist suppliers in complying with regulations and corporate standards, thereby enhancing public safety and health performance. If a supplier is involved in violations of corporate social responsibility, environmental protection policies, or integrity in business activities and fails to make improvements after notification, the Company reserves the right to terminate or rescind the contract at any time. In 2025, the Company introduced the "Supplier Evaluation Procedure." Through the "ESG Supplier Self-Assessment Questionnaire" and the "Supplier Code of Conduct," we require our suppliers to commit to and sign off on key issues such as environmental protection and energy consumption.
