| Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading (CH) | From time to time, the Company conducts publicity on "Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading" and related laws and regulations to Directors, managers and employees. For new Directors, managers and employees, the Company shall provide relevant legal publicity within 3 months after their arrival. The Company has conducted relevant publicity to current Directors, managers and employees before Dec. 19, 2023, including the scope of internal material information, confidential operations, public operations and violations, and sent the Procedure to all Directors , managers and employees for reference. The Company also conducts "Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading" publicity courses. The course is 0.167 hour each time, with 1,114 people, a total of 185.667 hours. |
