Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles (EN) In order to implement the integrity management policy and all of the Directors have signed on the statement of ethical management. We have also carried out courses for promoting corporate governance and ethical management with a total of 1,148 people participated. We have also included the ethical management principles in labor contracts and statement of ethical management so that all managerial personnels and all employees shall follow the ethical management principles. Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading (CH) The Company conducts publicity on "Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading" and related laws and regulations to Directors, managers and employees at least once a year. For new Directors, managers and employees, the Company shall provide relevant legal publicity within 3 months after their arrival.
The Company has conducted relevant publicity to current Directors, managers and employees before Oct. 13, 2025, including the scope of internal material information, confidential operations, public operations and violations. It also reminded Directors not to trade their shares during the closed period of 30 days before the announcement of the annual financial report and 15 days before the announcement of each quarterly financial report, and sent the Procedure to all Directors , managers and employees for reference.
The Company also conducts "Operational Procedures for Handling Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading" publicity courses. The course is 0.167 hour each time, with 1,148 participants, a total of 191.716 training hours.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (CH) In 2025, the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy awareness courses were completed. Each session lasted 0.167 hours, with a total of 1,166 participants and an aggregate of 194.722 training hours. No violations of the Personal Data Protection Act occurred during that year.
In 2026, the Company will continue to conduct Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy awareness courses for new employees. Furthermore, periodic dissemination of privacy and personal data protection regulations will be provided to all staff to strengthen regulatory compliance awareness. The Company will also implement its "Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy" to ensure the protection of data security and privacy of customers' employees, suppliers' employees, visitors, website users, investors, shareholders, and job applicants, etc.

Executive Compensation Linked to ESG Performance Policy

To incentivize the President and Managers to collectively pursue ESG sustainable development goals, the Company has established both short-term and medium-to-long-term sustainable development indicators. The ESG implementation results are linked to performance, subject to review by the Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
